Acrymold is a Mumbai-based distributor and manufacturer of corporate awards, trophies, medals, and mementos. Established over 16 years ago with over 40 employees, our mission is to become the biggest distributor for awards, rewards, and trophies in the country. We source smaller parts nationally and internationally and manufacture them at our base in Mumbai, before shipping out the finished awards.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Operations Analyst - B2B. The Sales Operations Analyst will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with sales operations, financial analysis, and communication with clients. This includes managing the sales order process, analyzing financial data, communicating with clients via phone and email, and generating reports to support sales. (Note: No target achievement or fieldwork involved)

Qualifications

• Open to hiring freshers with strong analytical skills and technical knowledge.
• Excellent written and verbal Communication skills
• Ability to generate reports and analyze financial data
• Accepting candidates with any graduation degree. We welcome freshers with analytical skills and technical knowledge for the Sales Operations Analyst role in our B2B business. No specific degree requirements.
• Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Excel is a plus
• Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus
