Position Summary The Project Manager (PM) is responsible for managing and delivering projects internally across the organization to various engineering amp; sales organizations. He/ She will be owning cross-org engagements and executing these projects parallel till closure. The PM is also responsible for creating project plans, executing those, and delivering on time with high quality, value and with customer delight. This is a highly visible and complex role since the candidate will be the point of contact and work with executives and users across the entire organization. The successful candidate must be extremely well organized, with attention to details, process-oriented, quality- minded and can articulate in written/verbal form.
Roles And Responsibilities Essential Functions: - Handle a portfolio of projects in parallel from within company and across geographies.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with engineering, product delivery, the sales team and management.
- Monitor and Track Projects to ensure the Scope is delivered within Budget and Schedule per plan.
- Drive programs of strategic importance across the organization.
- Ability to plan, estimate, budget, handle, and control costs so that the project can be completed within the approved budget.
- Align with the recommended Processes to ensure 100% Quality Delivery with quality Documentation.
- Ability to build project timelines to plan and lead all aspects of and report progress within the project environment.
- Ability to identify all people or organizations impacted by the project, analyze customer expectations, and impact on the project, and develop appropriate management strategies for actively engrossing collaborators in project decisions and execution.
Requirements - Bachelor's Degree (preferably from a top reputed university), with Project Management certification.
- Hands-on experience with PM tools like JIRA / MS Project
- Any project management-related certification (PMI -ACP / PMP / Prince 2 / PSM II, etc) is an asset.
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience as Project manager or equivalent role demonstrating management and leadership experience, preferably in a fast-paced consulting/professional services set-up.
- Experience in leading and mentoring people as part of the project life cycle.
- Strong organizational skills and detail oriented.
- Strong Communication and presentation skills.
- Willing to work in a multi-stakeholder 24/7 work environment.
