Job description
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Work to provide overall support in sourcing, coordinating, and managing the end-to-end recruiting process
- Develop and implement initiatives and systems for internal employee retention and happiness
- Create open communication channels with employees and assist in talent management including leave tracking, payroll, etc.
- Assist with advising on policies and procedures
- Develop training & growth programs
- Manage the hiring process such as posting ads, sourcing candidates, and prescreening
- Create effective onboarding plans
- Assist & support the management in disciplinary and grievance issues
- Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data, etc.) according to policy and legal requirements
Requirements
- Should be a people person, should know how to handle employee gradience & sort issues in an effective manner
- Effective communication is going to be a must & should have leadership qualities
