Job description
Responsible for availability of all resources required for production & quality on shop Floor like tools, jig- fixture instruments etc Responsible for achieve production targets & dispatch requirement, manpower handling Material planning, setup change, setting of machine online inspection quality and record Maintaining on shop floor To plan monitor & control line consumables maintain Min. and Max. level of consumable Solve quality problems related to man, material & machine KAIZEN implementation in the line process To maintain discipline and healthy culture on shop floor Training & multi skilling of operators Conveyed customer audit of line Responsible housekeeping on the shop floor Achieve customer requirement and control rejection & down time reduction Responsible of line quality and efficiency data for the production meeting
Planning and organizing production schedules Ensuring that health and safety regulations are met Determining quality control standards Selecting, ordering and purchasing materials Organizing ,repair and routine maintenance of production equipment Supervising the work of junior staff Organising relevant training sessions Plan organize, direct and run optimum day-to-day operations to exceed our customer expectations
