Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a US IT Recruiter, based in Hyderabad. The US IT Recruiter will be responsible for identifying and screening potential hires, arranging interviews, and negotiating offers. The US IT Recruiter will also work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, and provide support to other recruitment activities, as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience as an IT Recruiter, with at least 2 years of experience in US IT Staffing
- Excellent knowledge of IT staffing best practices, including hands-on experience with recruitment tools and techniques required to grow the IT staff
- Strong knowledge of US staffing laws/regulations, including H1B, H1B Transfers, OPT/CPT, and Green Card processing
- Excellent command of English communication, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously, with minimal supervision
- Strong networking skills, with proven ability to build relationships with a diverse group of candidates and recruiters, and to adapt to changing recruitment dynamics
- Strong negotiation skills, with experience in closing job offers
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
