Counsel Students, Understand their Profile offering/suggesting courses to them.
Manage Graduate/post graduate/and higher education programs Collaborate & strong communication with universities and institutions for selling our graduate / post graduate programs which are autonomous and University accredited. Assesses student interest, aptitudes, and abilities to assist in academic and career planning. Counsel students in developing a specific academic program including choice of major and course selections Intensely following up with the prospects and closing the sales within the sales cycle Diligently communicating and priming the lead through channels like email, WhatsApp, SMS, and calls Achieving the monthly targets in performance-driven environment Students relation & Rapport building. To maintain Records Handling walk-in enquiries, telephonic enquiries & email enquiries. Responsible for academic counselling for prospective learners and their parents. Capture student profile. Counsel and guide aspiring Students about the various study options (local and international) available. Responsible for monthly, quarterly and annual Student enrolment budgets. Ensuring adequate batch size and meeting batch start deadlines. Coordinating with Faculty & Centre Manager for organizing student selection procedure. Daily administrative activities. Maintain appropriate student records in the Enrolment system. Exceptional communicator and influencer who can deliver sales pitch like a charmJob tags
