As an Associate Program Manager, you'll be pivotal in coordinating programs within our Branch Led division and managing events that drive engagement end to end.
Key Responsibilities:
● Program Coordination: Plan, execute, and monitor programs while organising,
managing, and executing tailored to increase engagement with external
partners
● Event Management: Manage end to end all corporate events and international
trips
● Channel Partner Engagement:
○ Cultivate relationships with channel partners, ensuring their active
involvement and contribution to program success.
○ Oversee creation and distribution of momentos, certificates, and other
recognition items for events and program achievements.
○ Work cross-functionally to align efforts and ensure successful program
and event delivery while engaging with clients to ensure satisfaction.
● Documentation and Reporting: Prepare comprehensive reports
encompassing financial summaries, evaluations, and performance analyses.
Qualifications:
● Education & Experience: Bachelors degree in Finance, Business
Administration, Marketing, or related field with 2-3 years of experience in
financial services and events management.
● Skills: Financial acumen, strong event management capabilities, excellent
communication, organizational proficiency, analytical thinking, and
adaptability.
● Additional Requirements: Flexibility for travel, proficiency in Microsoft Office
Suite and vendor management
