Job description
Roles and responsibilities:
Responsible for managing and ensuring operational excellence at security & housekeeping clients of aegis Protection Pvt. Ltd.  in Hadapsar, Pune and nearby  locations . The Field Officer will report to the Operations head of the company and will manage the operations for the company's field resources at his assigned sites in Pune, Maharashtra .
Responsibilities:
1. Managing guard force to ensure consistent and high-quality service to clients.
2. Meeting clients and ensuring client satisfaction with service.
3. Support in recruiting guards & housekeepers for new and existing contracts to maintain operational excellence & quality at assigned sites.
4. Problem solving and ensuring no drop-in services (blank duties, overtime etc.) at assigned client sites.
5. Daily reporting and ensuring crime free facility for assigned clients.
Required Candidate Qualifications:
1. 5+ years Field operations experience in a security services or facility management company.
2. Verbal and Written Fluency in Marathi, Hindi & English.
4. excellent problem-solving ability to solve operational issues that may present themselves.
5. Excellent verbal & written communication.
6. Comfortable with being out in the field ensuring operational quality at client sites.
7. Minimum Graduate (any) (non-graduates with 7+ years of relevant experience will be considered)
