CTB Operations Specialist Experience: 5-8 years Location: Mumbai (Goregaon) Budget: 20 LPA Notice Period: Immediate/15 days Division Profile: The Operations division is integral to the firm, responsible for various tasks such as settling and recording transactions, managing operational risks, cultivating client relationships, and collaborating with technology for innovative solutions. It constantly seeks improvement while supporting the development of new businesses, structures, and markets. The Institutional Securities Group (ISG) Product Operations encompasses four key functions: Trading & Client Operations, Clearing Operations, Financing & Collateral Operations, and Trade & Transaction Reporting. These functions work closely with Sales and Trading to introduce new products/services, enhance efficiency, and reduce risk. The ISGPO Change the Bank team focuses on project management and business analysis, driving and delivering change within ISG Product Operations. Trade & Transaction Reporting Operations (TTRO) ensures the completeness, accuracy, and timeliness of the firm's global transaction reporting obligations. This includes teams across various locations supported by vendors and third-party service providers. TTRO CTB teams are engaged in developing platforms and processes to support upcoming regulatory changes. The Control Framework Team, part of TTRO CTB, focuses on delivering the control framework to manage the firm's risk in meeting regulatory objectives related to transaction reporting. Primary Responsibilities: - Perform business analysis activities to define solutions, collaborating with stakeholders for implementation. - Analyze and address complex issues, identifying root causes and proposing future actions. - Document business processes, rules, and reference data requirements. - Serve as a key contact for IT colleagues during system design and build. - Plan, test, and control deployment and verification processes. - Ensure timely escalation of issues to Operations, Management, and IT. - Work on improving efficiency, controls, and overall reporting framework. Skills Required: - Bachelor's Degree with at least 5 years of relevant experience. - Background in Capital Markets, preferably with knowledge of Derivative Products. - Experience in Business Process Transformation and Software Delivery projects. - Strong written communication skills. - Ability to handle multiple work streams and prioritize effectively. - Dedication to self-development and career progression. - Willingness to learn from experience and mistakes, actively seeking feedback. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team, interfacing across all levels.Job tags
