What we are looking for
We are looking to hire an Engineer in web automation with 3+ years of industry experience and advanced technical skills to design and implement automation across various endpoints.
You will be a part of a fast-growing product team that designs, develops, and enhances product features, performs unit testing, and consistently achieves desired code quality.
What you'll be doing
- Implement web automation across a series of endpoints.
- Design frameworks that allow abstract repeatable workflows.
- Work with a team of automation engineers and drive quality functionally and non-functionally
- Review Code and design implementation strategies.
- Work with cross-functional teams to understand issues at scale and implement strategies to overcome the challenges.
Skills you need in order to succeed in this role.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information science, or similar
- Must have 3+ years of experience working as an Automation Engineer.
- Programming experience with Nodejs/Python Scripting in the domain of web scrapping or web crawling is mandatory.
- Experience in designing frameworks and leveraging technologies such as Puppeteer, Playwright and Chrome Developer Protocols.
- Must know about Amazon Web Services (AWS) Cloud Administration.
- Knowledge and experience in Networking, DevOps and mobile Automation is a huge plus.
- Ability to use a wide variety of open-source technologies and tools.
- Experience in working on the product side of the business.
- Strong analytical skills and a high aptitude for learning and adapting to new processes
- Working experience in Agile project methodologies using feature branches in a continuous deployment environment would be an added advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
