Job Overview This is a full-time position for an ITI Fitter Machine Operator with 1 to 3 years of experience. The job is located in Bangalore Urban, Karnataka, India.
Qualifications And Skills - ITI Fitter certification
- Experience in operating CNC machines
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Ability to read blueprints and job specifications
- Knowledge of machine maintenance and troubleshooting
- Attention to detail and quality-focused
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work under minimal supervision
Roles And Responsibilities JD for Operator Qualification: - ITI Fitter
Exp : 2 to 4 years -Machine operator
Responsibility - Have knowledge of the plant equipments operation like Conveyor, Agitator, Mixing machine etc.
- Check machine operating condition and healthy signal before starting the machine.
- Awareness of safety system in the machine if any emergency, act immediately.
3 Experience of industrial culture and ready to learn.
- Have a basic knowledge of mechanical equipments spare parts.
- Work with maintenance team to support breakdown correction for machine.
- Fix the basic malfunction issues during operation.
- Have basic knowledge of Industrial safety (PPE, Machine safety).
- Haveave a basic understanding of 5S and responsible to maintain the My area concept.
- Maintain production record and run machine as per predefined SOP.
- Maintain daily log book and report to shift supervisor before leaving the plant.
