Senior Executive Search Consultants – Consumer & Retail
Details of Roles in Executive Search and Recruitments: o Screening, shortlisting, sourcing the candidates as per client requirement and doing end to end recruitment in entire Consumer, Retail & ecommerce Sector and if required other sectors as well.
o Head Hunting and building network though social media
o Client management based on your experience
o Achieve performance targets
o Follow company processes and database management
Desired Candidate Profile: o Candidate should have 2 years to 8 years of experience into Consumer, Retail & Ecommerce sectors.
o Should have handled senior as well mid-level roles.
o Candidate should have good communication and convincing skills.
o Target orientation and Self-motivated individual who would like to grow in career
o Hands on experience in sourcing candidates from Job portals/LinkedIN / referencing, etc. efficiently.
o A good Team Player
