It is spread over 250 acres of Biodiversity park and hosts unique habitats thoughtfully built around mother nature. The resort also boasts a diverse population of local flora and fauna, including over 52000+ trees, 52 bird species, and 30 species of butterflies.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Spa Manager. The Spa Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations of the spa including staff management, budgeting, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The Spa Manager will also be responsible for maintaining and improving skin care treatment services.

Qualifications

• Experience in Spa Management and Customer Service
• Strong budgeting skills
• Knowledge and experience in Skin Care treatment services
• Proven ability to deliver high levels of customer satisfaction
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Leadership and team management experience
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
• Certification in Spa Management is a plus
