Job description
We are hiring for UC (Unified Communications) with CMMI Level 5 Organization. Work from office mandatory (5days a week) Mode of Hire : Permanent Job Description :- Microsoft Teams Voice Troubleshooting : Proficient in diagnosing and resolving issues related to Microsoft Teams Voice functionality. Expertise in troubleshooting audio quality, call connectivity, and other Teams Voice-related problems. - AudioCodes MCE (Mediant Cloud Edition) SBC : In-depth knowledge of AudioCodes MCE, including troubleshooting and configuration. Familiarity with Azure for seamless integration with AudioCodes MCE. - Microsoft Teams Direct Routing : Experience in setting up and configuring Microsoft Teams Direct Routing for optimal voice communication. - PowerShell Scripting : Proficient in PowerShell scripting, specifically for bulk user additions in Microsoft Teams. - UCCX Scripting : Strong understanding of Cisco Unified Contact Center Express (UCCX) scripting for troubleshooting complex scripts and implementing changes. - UC Background in Cisco Products : Additional background knowledge in Unified Communications, particularly with Cisco products. - Communication and Collaboration : Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, communicate technical issues clearly, and provide timely resolutions. - Documentation : Maintain comprehensive documentation of configurations, troubleshooting steps, and changes made to the UC environment. - Continuous Learning : Stay updated on industry trends, advancements in UC technologies, and relevant certifications to enhance skills and knowledge. - Adaptability : Demonstrate flexibility in handling various UC technologies and platforms, including the ability to adapt to evolving communication technologies.
