About our client :

Our client is a deep tech decision intelligence company that uses satellite imagery-based data analytics to solve problems at the nexus of agriculture, infrastructure, and climate action by using advances in satellite remote sensing, machine learning, and big data analytics. We are making insights from earth observation data accessible to all.

The company operates on a B2B and B2G model, enabling the institutions to implement projects and processes for solving socio-economic and large-scale decision problems by providing organizations with a robust data infrastructure that enables transparency and symmetry, which is critical to handle large-scale operations.

Must-have

▪ 15+ years of experience working in building and scaling B2B product technology business.

▪ Experience working with Banks and knowledge about the rural lending process is essential.

▪ Demonstrated experience of scaling and achieving ambitious targets in a fast paced

environment.

▪ A Startup mindset: comfort with ambiguity, ability to work independently, learning aptitude to

pick up new domains quickly.

▪ People leadership: building and developing a high-performing team across sales and account

management.

▪ Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.

Roles & Responsibilities:

▪ Serve BFSI & Agri industry for satellite based data products & solution requirements.

▪ Identify the addressable market and build a scalable GTM model working with the Product

team for new customer acquisition.

▪ Identify new business opportunities and work with the product, data & engineering team to

develop new scalable products.

▪ Build a high performance sales organization. Define & track success criteria and targets

aligned with organization goals.

▪ Build scalable product and GTM partnerships to accelerate adoption and enter new

verticals/geographies (including international markets).

▪ Engage and build relationships at customer CXO level and ensure high customer satisfaction.
