About The Role -

Nova Benefits is looking for a Marketing Associate.

This is a generalist marketing role - you will be expected to learn fast and contribute across marketing channels. You will also get a chance to work closely with our Product, Sales, and Customer Support Teams.

You'll be Improving & Responsible for

• Contributing new ideas for the social media activities undertaken by Nova especially on LinkedIn.
• Create conteneet that drives higher retention among existing clients
• Working on scaling up existing marketing channels like Email, LinkedIn, PR, Referrals
• Tracking data for important metrics across channels
• Working with the the engineering team to help scale up existing marketing systems.
• Working on new projects such as Google Ads, Video Creatives, etc.

Job Requirement

You're Awesome At -

• Spoken and written communication.
• Willingness to learn new things.
• Generating new, and creative ideas along with ensuring that they are implemented correctly.
• Creating videos, or other creative content for college fests or personal social media accounts
• Hobbies- actual, fun hobbies- life outside the classroom
• Experience of trying to run your own start-up, or making money off a side-hustle would be a bonus

Who Are You

A fresh graduate with a Bachelor's degree- BBA, BTech, BA, BSc, BCom - anything is fine.
