Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Salesperson at Sharp Electrodes PVT Ltd in Coimbatore. The Salesperson will be responsible for selling welding electrodes, welding rods, and cutting electrodes. The Salesperson will be required to visit clients, provide product demonstrations, generate sales leads, and achieve sales targets. (Freshers are also preferred)

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience in the welding industry with demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets.
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills to close sales.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills to establish and sustain effective business relationships with customers.
• Familiarity with mechanical engineering concepts and welding techniques.
• Ability to gather and analyze market and customer information to identify new business opportunities.
• Proficient in using MS Office and CRM software.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

Relevant welding certificates and experience working with welding electrodes and accessories is a plus.
