Job description
✓ Overall Procurement & Inputs and farmer welfare activities.
✓ Identification of new milk shade areas and establishing / creating chilling units in the region.
✓ Responsible for day to day Operations of CC, MCU and BMCU and creating HPCs and MCCs by formatting milk routes within the specified region as per HFL SOPs.
✓ Responsible for implementing HFWA activities and facilitate financial assistance to the farmers through Banks & NBFCs to grounding milch animals.
✓ Promote good feeding practices through by promoting HNL products.
✓ Responsible for periodical MIS reports and adhere to Statutory, Audits, ISO & PEC compliances.
✓ Liaison with statutory, government, local authorities for necessary approvals and ensure to maintain records.
