Skill Good Communication
Accounting Knowledge
Knowledge of MS tools - Excel (Vlook-up, Pivot Table etc), Word, PowerPoint.
Roles And Responsibilities - Payroll Knowledge (PF, PT, ESIC, TDS, Gratuity.. etc)
- Employee self-services and HRMS
- Update salary Inputs like Attendance, onetime payments and Deduction etc
- Validate Output of Salary Registers.
- Validate PF, PT, ESIC, LWF, TDS calculations.
- Manage and Process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
- Co-ordinate with clients to understand their payroll process and setup.
- Configure payroll setup in system.
- Quarterly and Yearly Return Filing.
- Address and resolve clients queries related to Payroll.
- Provide payroll process training to clients.
- Process Full and Final Settlement.
- Verify Investment Documents.
