Knowledge of MS tools - Excel (Vlook-up, Pivot Table etc), Word, PowerPoint.

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Payroll Knowledge (PF, PT, ESIC, TDS, Gratuity.. etc)
  • Employee self-services and HRMS
  • Update salary Inputs like Attendance, onetime payments and Deduction etc
  • Validate Output of Salary Registers.
  • Validate PF, PT, ESIC, LWF, TDS calculations.
  • Manage and Process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
  • Co-ordinate with clients to understand their payroll process and setup.
  • Configure payroll setup in system.
  • Quarterly and Yearly Return Filing.
  • Address and resolve clients queries related to Payroll.
  • Provide payroll process training to clients.
  • Process Full and Final Settlement.
  • Verify Investment Documents.
