Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Industrial Sales Manager to join our team at DCS Group. As an Industrial Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth in the industrial sector. This is a mid-level position with 4 to 6 years of experience. The job is located in Bhilai, Chhattisgarh, India, and it is a full-time position.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Industrial Sales Manager or a similar sales role in the industrial sector.
- Strong sales strategy and client relationship management skills.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies for the industrial sector to achieve business objectives.
- Identify and establish relationships with potential clients in the industrial sector.
- Maintain and strengthen existing client relationships through proactive communication and excellent customer service.
- Conduct market analysis to identify business opportunities, trends, and competitor activities.
- Provide product knowledge and technical support to clients, addressing their needs and concerns.
- Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals, setting sales targets and monitoring their performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and operations, to ensure effective sales execution and customer satisfaction.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients, ensuring profitability and long-term partnerships.
- Monitor and analyze sales data, prepare forecasts, and report on sales performance to senior management.
