Designation - Front Office Executive
Reporting to - Operations Head
Location: Hyderabad
Qualification
- Any graduate
Gender - Female
Experience- 2 +

Job Responsibilities - Keep front Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
- Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges)
- Keep updated records of office expenses and costs.
- Desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material (pens, forms, paper etc.)
- Maintain registers (Attendance, movement, stock, mail)
- Take up other duties as assigned (travel arrangements, schedules etc.)
- Manage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointment
- Update calendars and schedule meetings
Skill & Traits - Flexible to work in odd hours as per Job requirement.
- FOE will be the face of company for all visitors and clients will be responsible for the first impression we make.
