As a Customer Care Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and resolving customer inquiries and issues. The role is based in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India, and is a full-time position. • Maintain strong customer relations by actively listening and understanding their needs
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments for further investigation
• Update customer records and maintain accurate documentation
• Adhere to company policies and procedures while delivering exceptional customer service
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve overall customer experience
