Pepper Content ( is building a global content marketplace that brings companies and content creators together to scale up content creation processes across 75+ content verticals and 150+ content categories. Over the past 5 years, over 100,000+ freelance content creators have applied to be part of the Pepper network of which we work with the top 5% talent, and on the other end - we work with over 2500+ customers like Amazon, Adobe, Google, HDFC Bank, Adani, and majority of the startup ecosystem.

We are scaling up our operations rapidly, and the Managing Editor will be responsible for maintaining quality standards and growing our content operations in the B2B SaaS domain. As a key stakeholder in maintaining the quality of content for the B2B SaaS domain, the Managing Editor will have complete ownership over the quality of deliverables for this particular domain, develop growth-focused strategies, and ensure optimization in communication between clients, creators and editors.

The ideal candidate working with Pepper in this role must have extensive experience in copy editing and reviewing B2B SaaS domain-specific content, hands on editing experience of atleast 8 in Editorial Role.

At Pepper Content, you'd be:

Doing Hands on Editing of B2B SaaS Content for a Project Management Software.

You should apply if you have: Strong experience in editorial roles (Minimum 8 years) specifically in the content marketing or digital publishing industry or as a copywriter or copy editor for brands and companies. Preferably, the candidate must have extensively worked in one or two specific domains. Strong copyediting and proofreading skills, with advanced knowledge of applied grammar and US English. A good understanding of content writing, content marketing, and SEO is an advantage. Strong experience in managing highly fluid work environments and managing multiple projects at the same time Excellent deadline-management skills and the ability to balance quality standards and delivery timelines.
