Role And Responsibilities The Production Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily production activities and ensuring the smooth operation of all equipment. Key responsibilities include:
- Monitoring daily production and providing timely reports
- Assigning tasks to production employees
- Ensuring proper functioning of equipment
- Preparing work schedules to meet production targets
- Maintaining quality standards
- Ensuring on-time completion of production plans
- Communicating with machine manufacturers to resolve any machine issues
- Troubleshooting production issues
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
- Submitting regular reports
Candidate Qualifications We are seeking candidates with the following qualifications:
- Proven experience in a production supervisory role
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
- Good communication and coordination skills
