Sumtotal is looking for a Senior System Administrator with at least 6 years of IT experience.
This is a position that has exposure globally and demands great communication skills, flexibility, proactive logistics, and efficiency with demands and expectations prone to change frequently.
 The ideal candidate is highly self-motivated, professional, and capable of managing their workload and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced technological environment.
OPPORTUNITY HIGHLIGHTS :
Be the main point of contact for the Leadership team spread across the globe, including and outside of business hours
Anticipate Leadership teams technical needs based on requests and requirements
Identify and drive innovation and improvements that would help improve the productivity of the Leadership team.
Provide technical support for the Leadership team in organizing and managing meetings, conferences, Townhalls and any other public interactions
Ensure operational changes, planned outages and project changes to Executive teams is impact assessed and challenged effectively to reduce the impact to our senior stakeholders
Provide coverage for the rest of the Executive support team and participate in on-call rotation
Maintain training documentation applicable to unique applications and devices
Follow and fulfil Service Desk processes and practices
Willingness to travel as and when needed
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
Prior experience of working with senior leaders
Strong knowledge of Windows, Mac OS, Enterprise Connect and IOS
Strong Microsoft Office Suite
Strong understanding of Security concepts and Endpoint security
WebEx, Zoom and Teams conferencing/live event concierge
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience in handling Audio and Video conferencing equipment
Experience in handling printers, scanners and fax machines
Strong Analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage projects
Ability to become familiar with firm-specific programs and software
