Job description
Job Title: Tech Lead CS We are looking for an experienced and passionate Tech Lead to join our e-commerce organization. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in microservices API integrations, software development, and e-commerce. The role requires excellent leadership skills, a deep understanding of agile working processes, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities: Lead the design, development, and deployment of e-commerce solutions. Work closely with Enterprise solution architect and collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements. Act as a technical advisor, providing guidance on architectural decisions and technical challenges within the CX domain. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation, staying updated on industry trends. Manage, change, or integrate Zendesk with other tools as needed. Define OpenAPI specifications and ensure they align with company standards. Develop software using technologies such as Javascript, Java, NodeJS, Vue 4/3, Nuxt, React 18, Express and REST/JSON, CSS, HTML, PHP. Support and mentor a team of developers to ensure successful project delivery. Ensure compliance with coding standards, security guidelines, and regulatory requirements. Must Have Skills: A minimum of 8 years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in an e-commerce environment. Strong knowledge of Zendesk is a must. A good knowledge of SAP and Salesforce is a plus. Experience with chatbots and IVR infrastructure. Ability to define OpenAPI specifications. Proficiency in development languages such as Javascript, Java, NodeJS, Vue 4/3, Nuxt, React 18, Express and REST/JSON, CSS, HTML, PHP Strong understanding of software architecture principles and design patterns. IaaS knowledge, specifically Google Cloud (must have). AWS, Azure is a plus Strong communication skills, ability to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strong leadership, work ethics, problem solving skills and commitment to excellence. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proven experience leading and managing development teams with Agile framework. High level of English proficiency. Familiarity with the DevOps lifecycle and CI/CD pipelines.Job tags
