Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Team Manager located in Mumbai. The Team Manager will be responsible for managing a team of loan specialists and overseeing loan operations to ensure a hassle-free experience for clients. The Team Manager will also be responsible for conducting training sessions for the team, evaluating performance metrics, and collaborating with other departments to improve loan processes.
Qualifications
- Highly proficient in loan processing operations and regulations
- Ability to manage and lead a team of loan specialists
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client communication as well as team motivation and management
- Experience in training and development of teams and individuals
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate and improve loan processes
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the financial services industry
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related field
