Job description
Develop relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external. 2.maintain and update customer databases. 3. Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms.
4.Plan and execute marketing events, road shows, and implement market communication plans on ground
- 5.Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters. 6. Generate active leads from the events and campaigns at various social and community forums. 7. Maintain proper MIS for all marketing activities. 8. Coordinate with the marketing agencies for event and campaign drives. 9. ensure that hoardings and posters are correctly deployed at strategic touch points in the city. 9. Manage the budgets and payments to vendors.
- Successful completion of events and campaigns planned as per calendar and ensuring 100% timeliness. 2. Quality Lead Generation from events and campaigns completed per target set. 3. Maintain proper MIS and marketing reports as per periodicity of timelines. 4. Timely assessment of vendors as per criteria on their performance benchmarks and giving feedback to them for improved productivity. 5. Enhancing the TOMA (Top of Mind Recall) of the brand as per given SLAs. 6. Increasing the Revenue Market Share through creative marketing and use of social media tools
