About the job:

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our properties to prospective clients.

The Sales Executive will play a crucial role in achieving sales targets, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the growth of the company.

The executive will be responsible for selling of Residential, Commercial, Retail, and Senior Living projects.

 

Additional Responsibilities:

 

· Responsible for promoting and selling properties to prospective buyers.

· Identify and target potential buyers through various channels, including online platforms, referrals, and networking events.

· Conduct market research to identify potential leads and stay updated on industry trends.

· Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to showcase properties to potential buyers.

· Respond to inquiries and provide information about properties.

· Arrange and conduct property viewings for interested clients.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their real estate needs and preferences.

· Skilfully negotiate terms and conditions to close deals successfully.

· Prepare and present sales contracts, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete and accurate.

 

Qualifications/Experience:

· 2+ years of experience in real estate sales or a related field.

· Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

· Customer-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional service.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant tools.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail.

· Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.
