We are hiring for SOC Engineer:

Exp: 2+ Years Location : Hyderabad Notice Period: Immediate

JD: Security Operations Centre (SOC) L1 Support a) Security Support will perform L1 activities in accordance with Customer Security operations. The support team will be put in 3 shift operation. Detailed job requirements are provided in the Roles and Responsibilities are b) Office Scan /Symantec Agent/DSM troubleshooting (Central Support/Coordination) to Zonal /PH/HB/Sewree/ISC/VR & MR Help Desk teams c) Agent offline problem d) Agent Updates/Upgrade e) Agent-Server communications troubleshooting f) Agent update status maintenance g) Case-support at client level h) Virus related issues support i) Remote support for client installation, troubleshooting etc. j) Maintaining Update status of agents in entire Custmer k) Co-ordination with zonal IT Zonal IT team and helpdesk Team for agent issues l) Zonal report coordination for virus and updates m) TAS server / Manual scan of infected systems n) Coordination with Onsite device management o) Provide daily report of antivirus updates on critical servers through DSM and resolving client level issues p) Maintain the compliance levels for updated client q) Action of TMCM virus report and Arcsight and SOC reports to keep environment malware free. r) Action on DDI/DDAN Report for malicious clients. s) Related incident management for clients t) Two Factor Authentication support: I. User Creation, User support for lost pin, OTP issues, installation and uninstallation II. Providing temporary access to users through 2FA in network isolation in coordination with N/w team Installation manual to be provided and help on the same to successful authentication Telephonic and user support. III. Call handling and perform suitable setting in 2FA management console for providing access to users. Providing RDP support on critical and pending/ unresolved issues. OEM Coordination for client level issues u) PIM Client level problem handling for following issues: I. ARCOS Stopped working: N/w related issue II. Error in Loading Arcos Client Manager ActiveX: Client installation on user workstation III. Login Button disabled: client installation on local workstation IV. Java blocking website: internet settings V. "connecting and disconnecting" screen.: Internet settings VI. Any other client level issue for users under PIM. VII. Provide user support to access user application seamlessly using PIM and coordinate with Customer Teams. VIII. Administration and Management of PIM application.
