Job description
The Jewelry Store Manager oversees the daily operations of the store, ensuring a seamless blend of sales excellence, customer service, and operational efficiency.
Experience: Must have 6 to 7 yrs. in any Jewelry Shop or Industry.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, ensuring all security measures are adhered to.
- Manage inventory levels, including ordering new pieces, conducting regular stock checks, and organizing the repair or return of damaged goods.
- Train and supervise staff, ensuring they have product knowledge and excellent customer service skills.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones, including social media promotion and in-store events.
- Set sales targets and motivate staff to meet or exceed these goals through effective sales techniques and customer engagement.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing solutions that ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Maintain the store's visual merchandising to ensure displays are attractive and effectively showcase the jewelry.
- Analyze sales data and trends to make informed purchasing decisions and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Qualifications
Graduate (Preferred educational backgrounds include courses or majors in business management, retail management, or marketing.)
