Role Description

This is a full-time, hybrid role (remote initially - Bangalore in office after a few months) for a Customer Support Specialist. The Customer Support Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day customer support tasks, including resolving technical issues, managing customer satisfaction, and engaging with customers to improve the product experience.
