Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, preferably in the construction industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of project planning and execution.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Sound understanding of quality control principles and practices.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Familiarity with relevant regulations and safety standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field (preferred).
Roles and Responsibilities
- Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects within budget and timeline constraints.
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure project objectives align with company goals.
- Manage and lead the project team, providing guidance and support.
- Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure the highest standards are met.
- Monitor project progress and make strategic adjustments as needed.
