Product Commercial Vehicle/Auto Loans/Two Wheeler Loan (Collection)

Responsibilities Achieving the bucket wise resolution as per the target Reducing the flow rate to the next buckets Managing the Agencies & monitoring their performance Field visit on risk cases & escalation of issue cases after verification Follow up of Process & Compliance Receipt book & Repo kits allocation and auditing periodically Agency billing closure within 60 days of the work completed month.

Qualifications Any Graduate Minimum 1 year of experience Strong Negotiation skills Managing Teams
