Deptuty/Assistant Manager - Digital Marketing Industry: Pharmaceuticals Positions: 1 Location: Bangalore

Please note: This position does not offer WFH or Hybrid model of working. It will be a full-time position at the corporate HO located in Bangalore

As a Deptuty/Assistant Manager - Digital Marketing, you will support the Digital Marketing division in all departmental activities, focusing on planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing strategies to enhance our online presence, engage with our audience effectively, and drive conversion. This role demands a blend of creativity, analytical prowess, and a keen understanding of digital trends, especially in the pharmaceutical sectors.

Responsibilities: Assist in planning and executing all digital marketing activities, including SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns. Take ownership of social media post creation and scheduling, ensuring consistent and engaging content delivery. Develop and implement omnichannel marketing strategies to provide a seamless customer experience across all digital platforms. Utilize strong analytical capabilities to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints. Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels to improve campaign performance. Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to create memorable digital experiences for brands and services. Manage content management systems (CMS) and use analytical platforms to measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns. Keep abreast of the latest digital trends and insights, particularly in the healthcare and pharmaceutical sectors, to identify growth opportunities and innovative strategies.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital technologies, or a related field. Prior experience or understanding of the healthcare and pharmaceutical sectors is mandatory. Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in a marketing team within the Pharmaceutical industry or in an agency setting with hands-on experience working on pharma/healthcare projects/clients. Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Assistant, Digital Marketing Specialist, or a similar role in the digital marketing field. Strong understanding and experience with digital marketing tools and platforms, including CMS, SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, and performance marketing strategies. Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns and running display advertising. Solid knowledge of website analytics tools and experience in creating and optimizing social media posts. Experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate. Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement. Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking with experience in outcome analytics, measuring and reporting on campaign performance against ROI and KPIs. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to manage relationships with external agencies and vendor partners
