Job Description:
MnA Studios, a leading Music Studio Company and Record Label, is seeking a motivated HR Intern to join our team. This remote internship provides a valuable opportunity for individuals interested in gaining hands-on experience in human resources within the dynamic and creative industry of music and entertainment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
2. Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
3. Assist in maintaining HR records and documentation.
4. Support HR team in daily administrative tasks and projects.
5. Contribute to the planning and execution of employee engagement initiatives.
6. Assist in organising virtual team-building activities.
7. Support the coordination of training programs and workshops.
8. Assist in tracking employee training and development activities.
9. Assist in updating and maintaining HR policies and procedures.
10. Contribute to ensuring compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations.
Qualifications:
1. Currently enrolled in a relevant undergraduate or graduate program in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Strong interest in human resources and talent management.
3. Excellent organisational and communication skills.
4. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
Notice Period:
The HR Intern is expected to provide a notice period of 7 days before concluding the internship. This period allows for a smooth transition of responsibilities and ensures that ongoing HR activities remain consistent. MnA Studios values commitment and professionalism and encourages interns to communicate effectively during their tenure. In exceptional circumstances, flexibility may be considered, and interns are encouraged to discuss such situations with their immediate supervisors.
