We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Web Development, SEO, and SMO Specialist. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in website development, search engine optimization (SEO), and social media optimization (SMO). Additionally, knowledge of Salesforce is a plus. Responsibilities: Website Development: - Proficiency in HTML and CSS languages. - Familiarity with hosting, domain, and subdomain management. - Provide suggestions and execute strategies for website structure, format, speed, and content improvement. SEO: - Implement on-page SEO strategies to improve website visibility and ranking. - Execute off-page SEO techniques to enhance website authority and backlink profile. - Implement local SEO tactics to optimize website for local search results. - Conduct keyword research, tracking, and ranking analysis. - Create and distribute high-quality content to improve SEO performance. SMO: - Provide suggestions to increase social media reach and engagement. - Develop and maintain a content calendar for social media platforms. - Post engaging content on various social media channels. - Coordinate with external agencies on brand building initiatives. Analytics: - Track and analyze website performance using analytics tools. - Provide insights and recommendations based on analytical data. - Offer suggestions for website improvement based on analytics findings. Salesforce Knowledge (Plus): - Familiarity with Salesforce platform is a plus. Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree in computer science, Marketing, or related field. - Proven experience in website development, SEO, and SMO. - Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and SEO best practices. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Effective communication and collaboration skills. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently. - Salesforce knowledge is a plus.
