Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Associate to join our dynamic sales team. The Inside Sales Associate will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and closing sales primarily through phone calls, emails, and other virtual communication channels. This role involves building strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs, and effectively communicating the value proposition of our products or services.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Understand the industry vertical and new market geographies Build, create and maintain database of prospects. In-depth understanding of Excel, PowerPoint, LinkedIn Tools like Sales Navigator etc. Prospect and qualify potential leads through cold calling, networking, and other lead generation techniques. Manage a pipeline of leads and opportunities, keeping accurate records and updating the CRM system regularly. Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for penetrating new markets and expanding existing client base. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth. Collaborate with marketing team to develop sales collateral, campaigns, and promotional materials. Participate in regular sales meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews to continuously improve sales skills and achieve targets. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote our brand.

Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications:

Proven experience in sales, preferably in an inside sales or telemarketing role. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively. Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). High level of professionalism and integrity, with a customer-centric mindset. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred. Prior experience in B2B sales or selling intangible products/services is a plus. Positive attitude, resilience, and willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges. Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends as needed to accommodate client schedules or deadlines.
