Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Patna. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying new sales opportunities, and overseeing the sales process from start to finish. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for building and maintaining customer relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction. Technical training will be provided to the employee.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales management, preferably in the Building Materials Industry
• Demonstrated success in developing and implementing sales strategies
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Graduate in B Tech Civil Engineering with a strong technical Knowhow of construction chemicals, cement, micro silica and paints
• Preferrable 10 years of experience in the Building Materials Industry
