Position Overview: As an Agency Account Manager at ROAS.in , you will be the key point of contact for our clients, understanding their short-term and long-term objectives, and working closely with internal teams to deliver outstanding results. Your ability to build and maintain strong client relationships will be critical to the success of our projects. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary liaison between the agency and clients, ensuring a clear understanding of client's needs and objectives. Oversee the agency-client relationship, providing strategic guidance and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services. Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute effective marketing strategies that meet clients' goals. Proactively identify and address clients' needs, ensuring their satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships. Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). Proven experience as an Account Manager in a marketing agency setting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to understand clients' objectives and translate them into effective marketing strategies.
