Job description
Responsible for leading service delivery, overseeing project management, vendor relationships, and team development. Drive development strategy, optimize operational processes, and ensure quality assurance. Implement execution methodologies, communicate effectively with senior management, and manage risk for efficient and successful software service delivery.
Responsibilities Service Delivery Leadership: - Lead and manage the service delivery team, ensuring the timely and successful delivery of software services to clients.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance overall service delivery efficiency and effectiveness.
Project Management - Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of software service projects.
- Utilize project management methodologies to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Vendor Management - Cultivate strong relationships with vendors, ensuring effective collaboration and adherence to service level agreements.
- Act as the primary point of contact for vendors, addressing concerns, and optimizing partnerships to enhance service delivery.
Development Strategy - Contribute to the formulation and execution of the overall development strategy, aligning with organizational goals and industry best practices.
- Identify opportunities for software service development and improvement based on industry trends and client feedback.
Operational Excellence - Implement and enhance operational processes to optimize service delivery efficiency.
- Monitor and analyze service delivery metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
Quality Assurance - Implement quality assurance processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality software services.
- Establish and maintain quality standards, conducting regular audits and assessments.
Team Management - Recruit, train, and mentor service delivery team members.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture.
Execution Methodology - Develop and implement effective execution methodologies to streamline and enhance service delivery processes.
- Ensure the team follows best practices in executing software service projects.
Communication Management For Senior Management - Develop and deliver clear and concise presentations for senior management, providing updates on service delivery performance, development strategies, and key achievements.
- Facilitate effective communication channels between service delivery teams and senior management.
Risk Management - Identify potential risks to service delivery and development strategies, developing strategies to mitigate them.
- Implement risk management processes to ensure proactive identification and resolution of issues
Requirements - Proven ability to identify potential risks to service delivery and development strategies.
- Demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing risk management processes to ensure proactive identification and resolution of issues.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to develop and deliver clear and concise presentations for senior management.
- Ability to ensure the team follows best practices in executing software service projects.
- Proven experience of 10-15 years of progressively responsible experience in a similar role.
- B. Tech/ M. Tech or BCA/MCA in Computer Science and other relevant fields.
