Job description

JOB DESCRIPTION – HR EXECUTIVE ·

Assisting the recruitment process by reviewing CVs and shortlisting candidates ·

Coordinating during and after interview with the candidate ·

Onboarding and induction ·

Documents collection, verification & Filing ·

Coordinating with bank and employee for new account opening ·

Developing a positive relationship with the employees as well as with the top management ·

Making monthly sheets as per the administration process ·

Attendance management and leave management as per work allocation ·

Planning & Scheduling Celebration preparations in coordination with the head ·

Ensuring task completion in due time ·

Overall factory management ·

Maintain stock of stationery, housekeeping & pantry and restocking as an when required ·

Operating the day-to-day operations of the human resource department ·

Arranging tour planning and execution for the Directors as per instructions ·

Organizing exit interviews

Required Candidate Profile: Fresher/ 0–1 year experience. Education qualification: BCom, BBA, Diploma in HRM or any other HR courses Skills required: ·

Proactive and willingness towards daily tasks completion ·

Multi-tasking ·

Convincing and negotiating skills ·

Strong communication skills
