Job Overview

ILP Overseas International Learning Planners is looking for a Human Resources (HR) professional to join our team. As an HR you will play a crucial role in supporting the organizations human resource functions. This is a fresher role with less than 1 year of experience. The job location is Surat Gujarat India. The employment type for this role is Remote or Internship.

Qualifications And Skills

• Degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field
• Familiarity with HR processes and best practices
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations

• Assist in the recruitment and selection process by coordinating with hiring managers conducting interviews and evaluating candidates
• Handle onboarding and orientation processes for new employees
• Manage employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures
• Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
• Support employee performance management processes by conducting evaluations and providing feedback
• Manage employee benefits and ensure timely communication and delivery
• Assist in employee training and development initiatives
• Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance and support to employees
• Contribute to the overall HR strategy and initiatives
• Stay updated with the latest HR trends and best practices
