Job description
Skills Required: Under limited supervision, develops and designs deliverables that support the resolution of complex problems and technical design gaps. Leads improvement initiatives that are aligned with overarching global reliability of the company's systems, including capacity planning, failover strategies, performance improvements and reduction of Mean Time to Awareness/Resolve. Leverages critical thinking to improve best practices and provides recommendations that ensure reliability and resiliency. Provides guidance to those in less senior positions.
Must Have: Must have worked on Software Development environment/teams. Should be able to support teams, like PMO, Program management, Scrum etc. Should have Technical Program Manager experience with , SAFe or Agile Good to Have: PMP Certification Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems and/or related field or equivalent formal training or work experience. Five (5) or more years equivalent work experience in information technology or engineering environment. A related advanced degree may offset the experience requirements.Job tags
