Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Telecaller in our Patna office. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, answering incoming calls from clients, and providing top-notch customer service. The Telecaller will also be responsible for updating customer information and creating reports.
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal communication skills and ability to persuade customers
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
- Proficiency with computer systems and software, such as Microsoft Office
- Experience in a customer service or telemarketing role is preferred
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant field is preferred
- Knowledge of the services offered by Click Web India Pvt. Ltd. is a plus
