Your responsibilities will include:Developing visually stunning graphics, illustrations, and animations for various digital and print platforms, including social media, websites, marketing materials, and more.Leveraging your expertise in Adobe Photoshop to retouch images, manipulate graphics, and create compelling visual compositions that align with our brand identity and messaging.Harnessing the power of Blender and other video editing software to produce dynamic video content, including animations, motion graphics, and special effects.Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements, brainstorm creative concepts, and deliver design solutions that meet objectives and exceed expectations.Staying abreast of emerging design trends, tools, and techniques to continuously push the boundaries of creativity and innovation in your work.Ensuring brand consistency across all design assets and adhering to established guidelines while also exploring new creative directions to keep our brand fresh and relevant.Managing multiple projects simultaneously and effectively prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Providing mentorship and guidance to junior designers, sharing your expertise and fostering their growth within the team.QualificationsProven experience as a graphic designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Blender, and other design software.Extensive knowledge and expertise in Adobe Photoshop for image manipulation, retouching, and graphic design.Proficiency in Blender or similar video editing software for creating animations, motion graphics, and visual effects.Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively convey design concepts and ideas to team members and stakeholders.Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards in all design deliverables.A passion for creativity, innovation, and continuous learning in the field of graphic design and multimedia production.
