We are hiring for Digital Marketer at a leading E-Commerce organization in Goregaon !!

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Digital Marketer is mandatory

Salary depends on current CTC

As the Senior Digital Marketer for our brand website, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, drive traffic, and maximize online engagement. The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record of success in digital marketing, a deep understanding of the latest industry trends, and the ability to leverage various digital channels to achieve business objectives.

 Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with overall business and brand objectives.

 Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and consumer behaviour, and integrate findings into strategic plans.

 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure digital strategies are aligned with broader marketing initiatives.

 Lead the continuous improvement and optimization of the brand website to ensure a user-friendly experience.

 Implement A/B testing and user feedback mechanisms to enhance website functionality and user engagement.

 Work closely with the IT and design teams to implement website updates, new features, and improvements.

 Conduct keyword research to identify relevant terms and phrases for optimizing website content.

 Develop and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.

 Monitor search engine algorithms and updates, adjusting SEO strategies accordingly to maintain optimal website visibility.

 Collaborate with the content team to create a content calendar aligned with marketing objectives.

 Develop and execute content marketing plans, including blog posts, articles, infographics, and videos, to engage the target audience.

 Implement strategies to repurpose and amplify content across various digital channels.

 Develop and execute social media strategies to build and maintain the brands presence on key platforms.

 Create and curate engaging content for social media channels, fostering a sense of community and driving audience engagement.

 Monitor social media analytics and user interactions to refine and optimize social media strategies.

 Utilize web analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) to track and measure the performance of digital marketing campaigns.

 Generate regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as websitetraffic, conversion rates, and social media engagement.

 Analyse data to provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

 Collaborate with e-commerce teams to ensure seamless integration between the brand website and online sales platforms.

 Implement strategies to drive online sales through the website, including the optimization of product pages and checkout processes.

 Analyze e-commerce performance metrics and recommend strategies to increase online sales and customer retention.

 Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, drive engagement, and promote products/services.

 Implement segmentation strategies to deliver personalized and targeted email content.

 Monitor email performance metrics and optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights.

 Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in digital marketing.

 Evaluate and recommend new tools, platforms, and technologies to enhance the brands digital presence and effectiveness.

 Manage and allocate the digital marketing budget effectively across various channels and campaigns.

 Monitor campaign expenses, ensuring cost-effectiveness and optimal return on investment (ROI).

 Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, IT, and product development, to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to digital marketing.

 Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing updates on digital marketing initiatives and seeking input for continuous improvement.

 Ensure digital marketing activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.

 Stay informed about changes in digital marketing regulations and adjust strategies accordingly.
