Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Office Supervisor located in Gautam Buddha Nagar. The Front Office Supervisor is responsible for supervising the reception desk, managing reservations, and providing excellent customer service. The Front Office Supervisor will also be responsible for overseeing and training front desk staff, ensuring smooth operations, and implementing efficient procedures.

Qualifications

  • Supervisory Skills: Ability to manage, train, and supervise front desk staff
  • Receptionist Duties: Experience in managing front desk duties such as answering phones, greeting guests, scheduling appointments, and handling reservations
  • Customer Service: Ability to provide excellent customer service and handle guest complaints and requests
  • Reservations: Experience in managing room reservations and coordinating with housekeeping and other departments
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with guests and staff effectively
  • Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred
  • Proficiency in a second language is a plus
