EXPORT BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT Location Rajendra Nagar, Delhi Contact Sharmila 8800599789, [email protected] Key Responsibilities: As an Export Sales Executive within our Customs House Agent (CHA) firm, you will be responsible for managing the export sales process for our clients. This role entails coordinating the movement of goods, ensuring compliance with customs regulations, and providing exceptional customer service to facilitate seamless export transactions. Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients engaging in export transactions. Understand their requirements, provide guidance on export procedures, and address any concerns or queries they may have throughout the process. Sales and Business Development: Identify opportunities to expand our client base and grow export sales revenue. Actively promote our export services, participate in sales meetings, and contribute to the development of sales strategies and marketing initiatives. Customer Satisfaction: Strive to deliver a high level of customer satisfaction by providing timely, accurate, and professional service. Address client feedback and concerns promptly, and work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve any issues that may arise. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree in International Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Previous experience in export sales, customs clearance, or international trade operations preferred.
