EximPe is a b2b cross border fintech on a mission to empower the SME Exporters and Importers in emerging markets ! It aims to do so by reducing transaction costs, improve cash flows and enhance global market access.

EximPe is a one-stop platform for exporters/Importers helping them with FX payments, Trade Finance and Compliance solutions related to their business.

We have raised $5Mn+ from Marquee Global VCs and Reputed Angels who work in companies like Cred, Wise, PayPal, GS, Barclays, Flipkart etc.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and managing Financial performance and control, Review monthly MIS ,end to end accounting, Expert in tax reconciliation and compliances. Must be comfortable handling fast paced growth , acting as a business partner and providing regular financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead Team of financial reporting, MIS,
• Manage Working Capital and Cash Flow
• Complete financial management and forecasting
• Deliver reports and business metrics to leadership team
• Ensure streamlining Payments, ERP implementation & SOP creations
• Track financial and business matrix for Board of Directors/Investors

Qualifications

• Qualified CA with 7+ years of relevant experience.
• Start-up experience preferred
• Detail-oriented and analytical
• Ability to systematically process, measure and verify financial and accounting information
• Big 4 audit experience at an Audit Manager level
• Immediate Joiner
